Sanquan Food Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest and largest enterprises in China to produce frozen food, and is headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Sanquan Food Co., Ltd. is the predecessor of Zhengzhou three whole food factory, founded in 1993, is a production of frozen food-based private enterprises. In December 1998, Zhengzhou Sanquan Food Factory was established in Zhengzhou Sanquan Food Co., Ltd. In 2001, Zhengzhou Sanquan Food Co., Ltd. changed to Zhengzhou Sanquan Food Co., Ltd. as a whole. In December 2003, the company was a joint venture with Hong Kong enterprises and became one of the rare foreign-invested joint-stock companies in the private sector.
